We accept payments directly through Paypal or via Credit Card via PayPal processing as well as the Affirm financing platform. All sales are final as we do not offer refunds of any kind.
We do not provide guaranteed deadlines unless agreed upon before ordering. Due to high order volume, production times are estimates and may vary. Refunds will not be issued for misunderstandings regarding timelines. If you need a specific delivery date, contact us before placing an order. Costumes typically need a 16-20 week production time, and props 6-8 weeks.
Absolutely! All we ask is that as a professional courtesy, if you use our work in any publicly displayed film or short, please credit Dark Creations ATX in your film and/or our IMBD pages. Thank You.
